Honey Mustard Game Hens

I love poultry. I don't discriminate against any form of bird because frankly, its good eats. I've been playing around with recipes for different ways to cook birds and I'd like to share a sweet and sour recipe that is completely delicious and easy to make.

Here's what you will need:

2 cornish game hens
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp spicy mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Stuffing mix

1. Preheat oven to 350º. Place hens on a roasting rack and stuff butter under the skin of the breast and drumsticks.

2. Fill chest cavity with stuffing.

3. Mix all ingredients; baste with honey mustard mixture and remove occasionally to re-baste.

4. Bake until temperature reaches 180º and juices run clear.
