Macaroni Salad
By Jenny Teague

Spring and summer make me have flashbacks to being a kid and celebrating Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and the birthdays of my grandparents at their house; swimming in the pool, eating German deli foods, and my mom's macaroni salad. So this month I share my mom's secret recipe, which is simple and what I consider to be the best macaroni salad EVER... and I'm not just saying that because she's my mom. It really is!

Here's what you will need:

1 bag macaroni noodles
1 cup of Best Foods mayo (you can use other kinds, but this one is seriously the best!)
6 hard boiled eggs, diced
8 oz sliced black olives
1/2 cup sweet pickles diced
1/2 cup dill pickles diced
1/4 cup mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp paprika

1. Boil noodles until done and drain water.

2. Add mayo and mustard and mix thoroughly.

3. Add all diced goods and mix thoroughly.

4. Season with salt and paprika.

* You can add more or less ingredients and seasonings to taste. My grandma adds celery but I'm not a fan and usually just leave it out.
